Teriyaki Tofu Bowl
This wonderful mix of tofu and portobello mushrooms makes the perfect lunch or dinner. It’s multi-step preparation starts with seasoning, searing and glazing the tofu. Followed by a perfect roasting of the plant based ingredient. Meanwhile we are seasoning and baking the portobello mushroom in the same house teriyaki sauce. Finally we boil the tofu sharitaki noodles to desired texture and add in our steamed bok choy and snap peas mix. We bring all these ingredients together in perfect harmony. This is an exotic restaurant quality dish with out the reservation, line or the wait.
