This meal is the perfect plant based protein packed combination of flavor and energy in one.
We love this plant based meal because of all the flavors that are combined to make this a wholesome fulfilling meal. Lentils are left overnight then simmered with plenty of vegetables and mixed with herbs and spices to absorb all it needs to make it amazingly delicious alone. Then we add Beyond Meat ground and our signature multi-grain mix which includes quinoa, brown rice, wild black rice. This combination will give some much energy, we wouldn’t blame you if you took off running just from the boost of energy you start to feel.
