Lemon Dill Salmon
Our salmon lineup just keeps getting bigger and bigger. We decided to take in this amazing wild caught salmon and filet it thin, then season it lightly and roll it up our signature way. We simply roast our salmon in vegetable broth then compliment it with our Spanish yellow rice and lastly add our stewed fresh zucchini as a finishing touch. We know this will be a great addition to our lineup and to your weeks menu selections.
