Caribbean Coconut Mahi
This is a light and fluffy seafood dish made to cut your cravings and feel great. We season, sear and briefly roast our Mahi to the desired temperature. Then we layer a flavorful reduced coconut creamy sauce on top, giving the seafood the final touch by adding steamed to perfection basmati rice and pairing the entire meal with a side of freshly steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
